The Camera in this movie makes you feel like a participant, it feels like someone is holding a phone and tagging along for the journey with these four "Fictional Soldiers." As the film goes on you stop thinking that it feels like a snapchat video and begin paying attention to the events and characters. This style of video recording is not in many modern movies. The color of the uniforms are apparently on purpose along with the Flags, which are not real flags belonging to any country. But then you realize that's on purpose. Thumbs Up!

What kind of braindamage is this?why pink uniforms?and why are these kids wearing the swedish flag?
From further research it appears that 5 Combat Military Veterans made this film. Which is awesome. This film was made for $3,000 bucks, so it claims, and it would be hard to do any better with the same budget. All the guns in this film are actual real rifles, which I found interesting. And finally the end states it is a remake of "Fear and Desire." Both the original and this new film, is about a fictional war between fictional countries. The original film is not strong in acting or character development. The final scene is much less climactic in the original, then it is in this new version. Fear and Desire has many examples of what great things were to come for Kubrick. But this new version also features a much more human moment in the middle of the film. Give any film a chance and this $3k movie should not be compared to something like Full Metal Jacket which Stanley Kubrick made 30 years later in his career.
